Some how I rested 2 days instead of 1 and now I had to di 155 today to get back on track. Here go the crazy… I was able to do 155. One week ago that wld hv been a prob. Insane. Now true Ive started doing crossfit training with has sets of squats, but even on day one with the challenge, the 50 were definitely felt. Soooooo, u can truly do much in just 7 days.
